Recently, Akhil Kapur, nephew of legendary actor Vinod Khanna shot an ad campaign for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
The concept is about showing being vegetarian does a body good. If you want to be lean, fit, strong and muscular, go vegetarian.
Akhil Kapur feels great to support this campaign and says, тАЬEach vegetarian saves approximately 100 animals each year just by not eating them. Going vegetarian is the single best thing that anyone can do for animals, their own health and the health of the planet.тАЭ
Akhil Kapur would like to tell his fans that if you love animals, the best thing that you can do for them is to stop eating them. And if you want to get fit, please know that plant-based diets help protect us from heart disease, diabetes, obesity, strokes and cancer. Vegetarians also tend to have stronger immune systems and, on average, live 10 years longer than meat-eaters do.
